I.Passenger Services - Safety Notes  - Flight Instructions
1.How to quickly pass through security checks
(1)Before traveling, please have a detailed understanding of civil aviation safety boarding knowledge and relevant regulations, and strictly abide by them.
(2)Please do not attempt to include any items prohibited by civil aviation in checked baggage, carry on luggage, or personal belongings.
(3)If carrying objects such as oversized, overlength or overweight items for travel, please consult with the airline of the flight in advance. Passengers holding business or economy class tickets can only carry one item with them. The volume of each portable item must not exceed 20×40×55 centimeters. Passengers holding first-class tickets are allowed to carry two items with them.
(4) When accepting document inspection, please prepare your boarding pass, ticket (excluding electronic ticket passengers), and valid boarding documents in advance, and actively hand them over to the document inspection personnel for inspection.
(5) Before accepting the safety check of carry on luggage, please remove the laptop, backup battery, umbrella, and liquid items from your luggage and check them separately with an X-ray machine.
(6) Before undergoing a personal safety check, please remove any metal items, such as mobile phones, keys, watches, cigarettes, etc,that you carry with you for a separate safety check.
(7) Sparks (lighters, matches, etc.) are prohibited from being carried or checked in.

2.What are the valid identification flight documents?
According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Public Security and the Civil Aviation Administration of the People's Republic of China, valid documents for boarding are divided into four categories. Namely:
(1) Resident identification documents
Resident ID cards and temporary resident ID cards in mainland China.
(2) Military and human identification documents
Officer Certificate, Armed Police Officer Certificate, Soldier Certificate, Military Civilian Cadre Certificate, Military Retired Cadre Certificate, Military Employee Certificate, Student Certificate, etc.
(3) Passport documents
Passport, Hong Kong and Macao Compatriot Return Permit, Hong Kong and Macao Residents Travel Permit to Mainland China, People's Republic of China Travel Permit to Hong Kong and Macao, Taiwan Residents Travel Permit to Mainland China, Mainland Residents Travel Permit to Taiwan, Foreigner Residence Permit, Foreigner Entry and Exit Permit, Diplomat Permit, Consular Permit, Seafarer Permit, etc.
(4) Other valid documents that can be used for flight
①The current National People's Congress representative certificate and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference member certificate.
②Representatives attending national or provincial, autonomous region, or municipality level party congresses, people's congresses, political consultative conferences, worker and young women's representative conferences, and model worker conferences shall present a temporary identity certificate issued by the party, government, and military authorities at or above the county or regimental level.
③ If the passenger's resident identity card is stolen or lost outside the registered residence, a temporary identity certificate with his/her own photo shall be issued by the public security organ at the place where the case was reported and lost.
④ Elderly people who have reached an advanced age (according to the legal retirement age) must present a temporary identity certificate issued by the receiving unit, their original work unit or children, or their spouse's work unit (must be a county-level or above unit); Minors under the age of sixteen should present their student ID, household registration book, or identity certificate issued by the local public security organs.

3.What are the liquid objects and what are they?
Liquid objects refer to liquid, gel and spray (aerosol) articles. Mainly including:
(1) Common beverages, such as mineral water, beverages, soups, and syrups;
(2) Food with sauces or sauces, such as canned fruits and various jam with sauces;
(3) Common cosmetics, such as cream, skin care lotion, skin care oil, perfume and other similar cosmetics;
(4) spray and contents of compressed containers, such as shaving foam, deodorant spray, mousse, etc;
(5) Pasty items, such as toothpaste, facial cleanser, etc;
(6) gel, such as gel products for hair styling and bathing;
(7) Any solution or item with similar consistency, such as contact lens solution, nutritional oral solution, etc.
4. Precautions for carrying liquid items on domestic flights:
(1) Only a small amount of personal cosmetics (excluding shampoo and shower gel) can be carried for travelling, with a limit of one piece per type of cosmetics. The container volume should not exceed 100 milliliters (ml) and should be placed in a separate bag for bottle opening inspection. Before traveling, please confirm the following:
① Cosmetics that are confirmed not to be used during the flight should be checked in the checked baggage.
② The container volume of each cosmetic product should be less than 100 milliliters (ml). If not, please replace it with a container smaller than 100 milliliters or put it in checked baggage for check-in.
③ If the packaging of cosmetics were not wanting to be damaged because of being given to others, please put them in your checked in luggage. All the cosmetics carried with you are needed to undergo bottle opening inspection.
(2) Alcohol items are not allowed to be carried with you. Please put them in checked baggage according to the prescribed quantity for check-in.
(3) If you have a baby accompanying you, please apply to the airline when purchasing the ticket, and the airline will provide free liquid dairy products. Self prepared liquid dairy products will not be allowed to be carried with you, but can be placed in checked baggage or disposed off before undergoing security checks.
(4) Patients with diabetes or other patients can carry necessary liquid goods, such as liquid medicine, liquid sugar free food, etc., but the quantity should be limited to the amount used during the flight travel, and the certificate of the hospital or doctor should be presented.
5. Precautions for carrying liquid items on international and regional flights:
(1) The volume of each liquid item carried shall not exceed 100 milliliters (ml). If the volume of the container exceeds 100 milliliters, even if the container is not filled with liquid, it is not allowed to be carried with you and must be handed over. When taking civil aviation flights within China, alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be carried with you, but can be transported as checked baggage. Before traveling, please confirm the following:
① Please put every liquid items that are not to be used during the flight into your checked in luggage.
② Please put alcoholic items in your checked baggage for check-in.
③ If the volume of the liquid container exceeds 100 milliliters (ml), please replace it with a container less than 100 milliliters (ml), or put it in checked baggage for check-in.
(2) The container for storing liquid items should be placed in a transparent plastic bag with a maximum capacity of no more than 1 liter (L) and can be resealed. Each passenger is only allowed to carry one transparent plastic bag at a time, and any excess should be handed over. Before traveling, please confirm the following tips:
① The recommended size for resealable plastic bags is 20 centimeters (cm) x 20 centimeters (cm).
② Each passenger is only allowed to carry one of the above-mentioned plastic bags. If there is an excess, please put it in the checked baggage for check-in.
③ Liquid items should be able to be placed loosely in plastic bags. Generally, a plastic bag with a volume of 1 liter (L) can hold 5 containers with a volume of 100 milliliters (ml).
④ Transparent plastic bags containing liquid items should undergo separate safety checks. Please remove the plastic bag from your hand luggage during the safety check and hand it over to security personnel for inspection.
⑤ Items purchased at duty-free shops in the terminal or on board should be stored in sealed transparent plastic bags and cannot be opened by oneself. Passengers should keep their shopping vouchers for verification. If you have purchased liquid duty-free items, please note the following tips:
A. Please do not open the package yourself, otherwise you may be refused to carry it when transferring or passing through overseas.
B. Please keep your shopping voucher properly, otherwise you may be refused to bring it when transferring or passing by overseas.
C. When purchasing tax-free liquid goods, please proactively inform the salesperson of your stopover and destination, and inquire about the relevant regulations of the country or region where your stopover and destination are located regarding carrying liquid goods on board.
D. Passengers accompanying infants carry liquid dairy products, and patients with diabetes or other diseases carry necessary liquid drugs, which can be carried in an appropriate amount (the amount used during the flight) after the safety inspection has confirmed that there is no doubt.
In addition to the above issues, if you still have any uncertain liquid items, please put them in your checked baggage for check-in.
6. How to carry electronic devices equipped with lithium batteries?
Improper transportation of lithium batteries may cause aviation accidents. To ensure the safety of your and others' lives and property, please comply with relevant regulations when carrying lithium battery powered equipment and lithium batteries, and pay attention to the following matters:
(1) Please place electrical devices (such as digital cameras, cameras, walkie talkies, electric shavers, etc.) in your hand luggage and not in checked baggage.
(2) Please install the battery on the electrical device and take protective measures to prevent the device from being accidentally started while carrying it.
(3) If carrying a backup battery, please take measures to prevent short circuit protection for the backup battery. For example, stick the exposed electrodes with adhesive tape or pack each battery separately in a plastic bag or protective bag.
Spare lithium batteries (including power banks) are prohibited from being checked; If you need to carry a backup lithium battery with a rated energy of 100wh-160 wh and equipment containing lithium batteries with you, it must be approved and released by the airline, and a maximum of two backup lithium batteries with a rated energy of 100wh-160 wh can be carried. Spare lithium batteries with a rated energy exceeding 160 Wh and devices containing lithium batteries are strictly prohibited from carrying.
