The parking lot is located on the north side of the airport terminal, covering an area of 48,000 square meters with 1,062 parking spaces, including small parking spaces, large bus parking spaces, night parking spaces, and accessible parking spaces.

(1) Parking fee standards:

①The parking fee standard shall be implemented in accordance with the documents Hu Fa Gai Fei Zi [2021] 147 and 287;

② Parking time less than 1 hour will be charged for 1 hour, calculated every 24 hours;

③ Implement the charging standards for large trucks;

④ Vehicles that enter the same parking lot for the first time on the same day and park for no more than 30 minutes (inclusive) are exempt from parking service fees; Vehicles parked for less than 15 minutes are exempt from parking service fees;

⑤ Service supervision hotline: 96777.

⑥ Special passengers are exempt from parking fees policy.

(2) The policy of exempting parking fees is implemented for special passengers. As long as the following conditions are met, parking fees will be waived.

① Determine that the driver is disabled;

② Confirm that the driver holds a disability certificate;

③ Ensure that the vehicle being driven by the driver has a sign indicating a disabled vehicle.

Note: The exemption policy for special passengers is only applicable to drivers.

a. Booking a vehicle: Call the appointment hotline (18147150646) to book an accessible parking space (temporary parking). When entering the field, the driver needs to present a disability certificate to the toll collector. After the toll collector confirms that the disability certificate is the driver's personal identification, they will take a photo and record it, and notify the supervisor on duty . With the supervisor's approval, the vehicle will be released free of charge.

b. If a vehicle has not been booked, the driver must present a disability certificate to the toll collector when exiting. After the toll collector confirms that the disability certificate is the driver's personal identification, they will take a photo to record and notify the on duty supervisor. With the supervisor's approval, the vehicle will be released free of charge.

C. Provide free luggage handling services for passengers with special needs such as the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, and pregnant.

Trucks are treated as oversize vehicle for parking fee collection.

Parking free within 15 minutes；Parking for over 15 minutes up to 60 minutes is charged at standard the rate per hour. The first 15 minutes (inclusive) of each 60 minute block are free of charge；The same car stops for more than 15 minutes ( including twice) within 6 hours, is charged only for the first stop. It is charged according to actual parking time for more than 2 stops（including）.

No parking fees for special passengers
      a. Car reservation: dial the reservation number (18147150646) to make a reservation for barrier-free parking spaces (temporary parking). Drivers need to show their disability certificate to the toll collector. After the toll collector determines that the disability certificate is the driver’s own certificate, the toll collector will take a photo and record it and notify the supervisor on duty. After the supervisor agrees, it will be released free of charge.
      b. If the vehicle is not reserved, the driver needs to show the disability certificate to the toll collector. After the toll collector confirms that the disability certificate is the driver's own certificate, the toll collector will take a photo and record it and notify the supervisor on duty. After the supervisor agrees, it will be released free of charge.

Provide car cover for overnight cars upon the request of passengers;

Provide free luggage handling service to the elderly, infirm, sick, handicapped and pregnant and other passengers having special demands.

Taking along with you any inflammables and explosive and other hazardous objects into vehicles are strictly prohibited, and do not put cash, leather bags, jewelry and other valuables inside the vehicle.
